Song Yuanhang takes responsibility for the management of further education and the vocational and technical education, the program of teaching materials, education and scientific research, focusing on key disciplines and emphatic curriculum construction, the Fine Work Course Development and Establishment, faculty training, continuing education, vocational technical education, information and library building, responsible for the divisions such as Academic Administration, Registration Center, Advanced Education Technology Center, Financial Section, Laboratory Equipment Department, JMSU Supervision Office, Higher Education Research Office and Teaching Evaluation Center, Gym Management Office, Curriculum Materials Center, Vocational Training Center and the libraries. He supervises Faculty of Physical Education, College of Further Education and Faculty of Applied Technology.

Liu Jingshun assists the financial work; presides over General Affairs Department, the affairs of Campus environment and infrastructure, School-run Enterprises, safety in production, the student dining hall and dormitory, charging Civil Construction Office, Campus Management Center, Engineering Maintenance Center (Construction Engineering Company), Planning and Construction Office, Estate Management Office, Labor Service Agency, Students’ Living Service Company, Hydraulic Pieces Factory and Printing House.
